Data Deletion Request

Gym Master, developed by iT-Capsule Automations, gives every user control over their data. This page explains how you can permanently delete your account and associated personal information.

1. In-App Account & Data Deletion

The easiest way to delete your data is directly from inside the Gym Master app:

When you confirm deletion, the system will permanently remove all data associated with your user account, including:

Certain records such as invoices or payment logs may be retained by your gym if required for accounting, legal retention, or audit purposes. These retained records are not used to identify you within the Gym Master app and cannot be used to log in again.

Important: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered, and you will no longer be able to access the Gym Master app using that account.

2. Manual Data Deletion Request (Email)

If you are unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion manually, you can contact us via email.

Please send an email to: gym_master@capsule.lk with the subject line “Data Deletion Request – Gym Master” and include:

Once we verify your identity, we will process your deletion request and confirm when it has been completed.

3. What Data Is Deleted?

When a deletion request is completed (either in-app or via email), we will delete or anonymize:

Some financial or audit logs may be retained by the gym or payment provider where legally required, but these records are generally not used to identify you within the app.

4. Apple Health Data

Gym Master can READ certain Apple Health data only with your permission. We do not write data into Apple Health.

Deleting your Gym Master account does not delete data stored in the Apple Health app. You may manage and delete your health data directly in the Apple Health app on your device.

5. Response Time

We aim to process email-based deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after verifying your identity. If you have not received a confirmation after your request, please follow up with us at gym_master@capsule.lk.

Note: Individual partner gyms may also hold membership or billing records in their own systems. If you need those deleted as well, please contact your gym directly.
