1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Gym Master, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the app.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the application, attempt to reverse engineer it, or disrupt its services. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Gym Master is not liable for unauthorized account access caused by weak passwords or user negligence.
4. Health, Measurements & Medical Information
Gym Master provides health insights based on the data you enter. These insights are for general fitness purposes only.
- We do NOT provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
- Measurement recommendations are based on publicly available health guidelines.
If you choose to enter medical conditions, allergies, or medications, this information is used solely to help trainers understand safety considerations.
5. Apple Health (HealthKit) Usage
If you enable Apple Health permissions, Gym Master may READ the following data:
- Steps
- Active calories
- Heart rate
- Workouts
We do NOT write any data to Apple Health. Health data is processed securely and not shared with third parties.
6. Payments
Any subscription or premium features billed through the app follow the respective platform’s billing rules. Refund requests are reviewed based on service usage and policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, images, branding, and content are the property of iT-Capsule Automations. Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Data loss caused by user error or device issues
- Service interruptions or internet failures
- Any indirect or incidental damages resulting from app use
9. Account Deletion & Data Removal
Users may permanently delete their account and all associated data using the Delete User option inside the app. Once deletion is confirmed, the data cannot be recovered.
Alternatively, users may request deletion via email at: gym_master@capsule.lk.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
