Welcome to Gym Master, a fitness and membership management application developed by iT-Capsule Automations. By downloading or using this app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Gym Master, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the app.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the application, attempt to reverse engineer it, or disrupt its services. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Gym Master is not liable for unauthorized account access caused by weak passwords, shared credentials, or user negligence.
4. Health, Measurements & Medical Information
Gym Master provides health insights based on the data you enter. These insights are for general fitness purposes only.
- We do NOT provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
- Measurement and training recommendations are for guidance only and may vary by individual.
If you choose to enter medical conditions, allergies, or medications, this information is used solely to help trainers understand safety considerations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
5. Apple Health (HealthKit) Usage
If you enable Apple Health permissions, Gym Master may READ the following data:
- Steps
- Active calories
- Heart rate
- Workouts
We do NOT write any data to Apple Health. Health data is processed securely and is not shared with third parties for advertising.
6. Payments (PayHere Checkout API)
Gym Master may offer subscription-based services for Gym Owners, Coaches, and Staff. Payments may be processed via PayHere using their Checkout API. By making a payment, you authorize the charge according to the selected plan and pricing displayed in the app.
- Manual renewals: We do not automatically charge future periods. To continue using paid features, you must renew by making a new payment at the end of your plan period (monthly or annual).
- Access to paid features starts after successful payment confirmation.
- If a payment fails or is reversed by the bank/payment provider, access may be suspended until payment is completed.
6.1 Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access is activated because services are delivered digitally. Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, or major service unavailability caused by our systems. For refund requests, contact: gym_master@capsule.lk.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, images, branding, and content are the property of iT-Capsule Automations. Reproduction, redistribution, or copying is prohibited without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Data loss caused by user error, device issues, or third-party service outages
- Service interruptions, internet failures, or delays caused by external networks
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app use
9. Account Deletion & Data Removal
Users may permanently delete their account and all associated data using the Delete option inside the app. Once deletion is confirmed, the data cannot be recovered.
Alternatively, users may request deletion via email at: gym_master@capsule.lk.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
